I’m delighted that you’re here! Thanks for visiting my blog with tips and info. on Yoga, Ayurveda and meditation for greater health and wellness. As a Yoga teacher, I am driven by the desire to positively affect people’s lives. I love what I do and understand the importance of health and wellness, to experience life in it’s fullest. Many people struggle with physical, mental and emotional issues and much of it is related to poor nutrition, a sedentary lifestyle, stress and a disconnect from spirit.

Yoga is an opportunity to connect at deeper level within yourself, to nourish your body, mind and spirit.

Ayurveda is known as the ‘sister science’ to Yoga. A ‘life science’ that offers you a way to vibrant health through daily self-care, nutrition, herbal suggestions and other specific Ayurveda practices.

It is my intention to offer practical suggestions for greater health, tools to help calm the mind for greater peace, to inspire you to fulfill your dreams and offer insights that may assist you on your spiritual path.
